What is Silvitra?

Silvitra has been created to be a highly effective treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED), as well as to alleviate the condition of premature ejaculation. It combines two PDE5 enzyme inhibitors, sildenafil and vardenafil, both helping to improve the blood flow to the genitals and maintain a prolonged erection. Sildenafil’s short-term action and vardenafil’s additional ejaculation latency improvement can lead to a significantly enhanced sexual experience for men affected by ED or premature ejaculation.

What are the indications for using Silvitra?

The main indication for Silvitra use is erectile dysfunction. If achieving and/or maintaining a state of erection during sexual activities is problematic for the patient, the drug can provide a reliable and efficient solution. The medication enhances the natural capability for erection when sexually aroused and does not cause it by itself, without external stimulation. The use of Silvitra guarantees a stable and prolonged erection for several hours after the drug has been taken. Although premature ejaculation is not a direct indication for Silvitra, the drug has been shown to improve the ejaculation latency as well.

What is the dosage of Silvitra?

One tablet of Silvitra contains 100 mg of sildenafil citrate and 20 mg of vardenafil. The active ingredient content is such so that one tablet per day, approximately an hour before any sexual activities, should be enough to guarantee a positive effect. Silvitra should not be taken in larger quantities than one tablet daily.

What are the contraindications for using Silvitra?

You should not use Silvitra, and any other PDE5 enzyme inhibitors, if you are taking any nitrate and nitrite containing drugs, like nitroglycerine. The combined action of nitrates and Silvitra may lead to significant hypotension. Possible allergies to sildenafil or vardenafil should also be verified before starting to take the drug.

What are the side effects of Silvitra?

The number and magnitude of side effects of Silvitra can depend on the patient’s health condition, other drugs taken and personal tolerance to the drug. Any and all side effects are temporary and will disappear after the medication has been eliminated from the body. Among the reported side effects for Silvitra are indigestion, nausea, headache or dizziness, fatigue, and insomnia.
